Barlby Raiders Football Club currently have 9 teams ranging for children aged 5 -16. The teams meet weekly at Barlby High School on a Saturday morning. The cost is £2.00 per child per session and a £25 annual membership fee less the under 6 team.
Each coach is fully CRB checked and are qualified to FA Level 1 or working towards this qualification. For more information on the staff please select the 'Meet the team' tab.
The core objectives of the club are:To provide an environment where young players can express themselves and enjoy their football development and education.To provide a model pathway for learning and development of youth players such that the opportunity for talented players to sign for a Professional Football Club is achievable.To maximise the potential of all individuals while having fun!!Develop players as responsible people with an awareness of their responsibilities to each other with mutual respect for others.Develop and teach the young players to understand the benefits to be gained in a healthy lifestyle, diet, education and codes of conduct.To develop relationships with parents, schools and other professional organisations that is concerned with the needs of young players individually and collectively.
